I was at the gym 4 days ago running , with heartrate =185. (i haven't ran in a long time). I was ok until right when i ended my running, i had this feeling like i couldn't catch my breath and felt i was going to pass out. Ever since then, I am still out of breath even walking through the house! I have never had anything like this before (aside from when i have brochitis). Anyone know what the cause coudl be? has this happened to anyone else?
---additional info-i went for echicardiogram, and stress test and my heart is fine!!! doc doesnt know and sent me on my way

I think it is because you are badly out of condition, and you put your body under a lot of stress raising your heart rate that high. It's too high for extended exercise. I forget what is a good range but you need to take it easier next time.

Also you have put your lungs through a lot of stress without warning and while out of condition. Your doc says you are fine, so I suggest that next time you go to the gym you take it easier.

Pain is your body's way of telling you to slow down.

If the soreness is interior the lung area - i be conscious of precisely what that's. have you ever coughed or sneezed fairly annoying very at the instant? perhaps you in basic terms did no longer pay it any suggestions and cant remember. I had pluracy which on a similar time as sounding medievally horrid.., is an abrasion like result interior the indoors lining of the lung.., and hurts to inhale and flow around. you will stay and not be planted interior the bone backyard, I promise. The air inhaled is like rubbing sandpaper over the mushy lung tissue because it flows around the sore spot. a annoying cough can do the trick and in some uncommon situations a violent sneeze. (I even fractured a rib with a violent sneeze as quickly as, no kidding) you could speed up the healing via going to work out the wellbeing care expert who delivers you some thing for it. And who's huge-unfold with - perhaps i'm incorrect and you have some thing else and could see the wellbeing care expert. Its greater effective to be secure than sorry. yet as quickly as I have been a having a guess guy, i might guess you have pluracy (uncertain relating to the spelling).
