A big question for us mere mortals. They are working on it, they have treatments that allow people to live many years now compared to awhile back when people died early. they may never find an outright cure, just like with cancer. It is a complicated disease, so it isn't easy to find a cure. Maybe education and preventing it's spread is the best thing we can do. Maybe people at risk need to take responsibility for their actions, use prevention, warn partners, don't share needles or sleep with people and have unprotected sex, this is part of education and also prevention. Yes, people are dying. They are dying of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and many other health problems too. We can'r sure everything, people die...it's part of life. We have some responsibility to try to keep healthy and live right but some things like juvenile diabetes is not preventable. They ie young and it's a fact. Sorry I can't give you the answer you want, it's not possible at this time for any of us to do that. Maybe you can?

I'm a nurse. With the HIV?AIDS or any virus they change in the body and therefore is hard to treat. Like for example the virus could start off as a apple, then change in the body until a grape, then something else. That's why it's so hard to treat. I hope this makes sense to you and this is the question you asked. If not ask again and I will try to answer it for you.

This MAY be a bit cynical, but I firmly believe that a cure HAS been found. The problem lies with the drug companies making big fat profits.
If a disease like HIV/ Aids or Cancer are cured, then the disease is eradicated and no one then needs to buy the drug anymore and so bang go the profits.
The cure is being deliberately withheld so that money can still be made. Cynical I know, but it's more than a possibility.

hollie c is an idiot. any company who could market a cure would see their share value go thru the roof
there's a huge amount of R&D invested in this field and improvements are coming all the time, but not quickly enough for some...

I do not understand what you are asking. but the best plan of all, is having PROTECTED sex, and more support in less fortunate countries for the Innocent victims, such as the women and children that are infected.

I collect for the charity supporting these people, and am always on my soap box about UNPROTECTED SEX to particularly the young people who THINK it will never happen to them.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT????

Hi, try Homoeopathy, i know it can be successful in relieving the symptoms of AIDS.

There are plenty of terminal diseases without a cure, we all have to die of something, it's human nature and part of the whole cycle of life.

At least it's possible to protect oneself from HIV, unless contracted by blood transfusions years ago.

Why don't people practise safe sex and relieve the pressure on the NHS.

Shaklee.com, (or .net) had an immune system builder. It can't be considered a cure, becasue you have to keep taking it. But it is 100% natural and works.
