HIV can be spread from a woman to a man by vaginal secretions entering the mucous membranes inside the urethra. The chances are greater if either partner has another STD. I read that the chances are approximately 1 in 200,000 per occurance. The web-site is:

http://aids.about.com/od/hivaidsstats/f/infectionrisk.htm

I don't know how reliable this information is. This seems like a reliable web-site. I have been looking for an answer to this question also. There is alot of useful information in the web. I just haven't found any other web-site that gives a percentage chance. I think it must be quite low, but still, there's a chance.

I have since found information from the Center for Disease Control that estimate it at 0.05%, or about 1 in 2,000.

Hey who said that women dont deliver any bodyfluid? During an intercourse women will produce a body fluid which acts as lubricant for the better movement of the penis inside the vagina. As you know all our body fluid will contain the HIV virus and thus the bodyfluid from the women will also contain HIV and will pass into the man thru the penis.

because its nature that when a woamna and man met they transfer what is not good for one and otheir so i think woman can transfer aids if she had have its in her harmons before like man can transfer same ways.
