This may be a little different than what you are looking for but is a very addictive recipe that both kids and adults love and so easy to make when your in a hurry.
Praline Crackers
(With or without ice cream)
Arrange a layer of Graham Crackers on bottom of 9x13 pan. Keep as close together as you can.
Bring to boil about 2 minutes 1 cup packed brown sugar and 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour warm mixture evenly over graham crackers.
Bake about 8-10 minutes 350 degrees. Cool completely. You can cut these into large squares or break into pieces.
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in individual bowls and stuff the praline crackers around the edges of the ice cream, sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Yummy!

Make it easy on yourself - a fruit crumble! Homemade puds always impress, and there's nothing more simple or foolproof, you can use whatever fruit you can find - apples, pears, blackberries, rhubarb are all around at the moment - use butter not margarine, and add a little ground spice to the crumble mix if you like (ginger, cinnamon or mixed spice). I find adults like custard, but kids like ice cream, and you can offer both with a crumble! It will sit for a while no bother once out of the oven, so no worries about timing. Easy peasy.

I have a great one that is loved by adults and kids! Everyone I have ever cooked this for falls in love with it and it's sooooo easy!! takes about 5 mins if that and tastes fab!
You will need;
- Belgian waffles from Tesco - they come in packs of 4 I think. They are with the breads etc and in a blue pack.
- Tin or 2 of Cherry Pie Filling
-Vanilla Ice Cream
Heat the waffles under the grill whilst heating the pie filling in a saucepan on the hob. When both are nice and warm, place the waffle onto a plate, pour over some pie filling and put a scoop of ice cream on top of each. Trust me - it tastes great!!

Cooking time 10 to 30 mins

150ml/5fl oz natural yoghurt
Method
1. Cook the apples in a very small amount of water until soft. Mash until smooth with the honey. Cool.
2. Toast the oats in a dry frying pan until golden. Cool and mix with the demerara sugar. Whip the cream until thick and fold in the yoghurt.
3. In a large glass dish or 6 individual ones, layer some of the apple with a sprinkling of the oats and then some of the cream mixture. Repeat these layers until all the mixture is used up, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.

Cheesecake! crush a packet of digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter until they are sticky enough to bind together. press this into a cake tin (preferably one with a moving bottom). To make the filling beat 500g philly cheese with a cup of icing sugar. Mix in a tub of double cream (200ml ish) take a packet of lemon jelly and add just enough water to dissolve the jelly crystals or tablet. Let it cool then stir it through the rest of the mix (you can leave it looking marbled if you don't stir it completely) Pour this over the biscuit base and chill for a couple of hours. you can make up another packet of jelly and pour it over the top of the cake when it's cool.(it looks a little childish but tastes fantastic!) Or you can decorate it with your favourite fruit.
