wat happens if ur born a non veg but u ,turn in to a vegetariaan later on , does it effect the body, with any weaknesses??

not at all you will actually feel better
when i was younger i could never stand the smell of meat cooking it made me nauseous but
as a child my family forced meat down my throat,but when i was 12 i threw the meat across across the room,i haven't eaten it since,

Nope. I was raised eating plenty of meat, and turned Veg several years ago. As long as you make sure you are getting the proper nutrients, you'll be fine.

i was a meat eater until i was 15, then i turned into a vegetarian.......it has been 11 years now since i became a strict vegetarian(means no meat at all)......and i still feel healthy and just gave birth to a 8 pound baby boy few months ago!

the only weakness is that you will find yourself being hungry most of the time since your body is not used to it ... so if you are doing it to loose weight you are better off eating a lil of everything but controlled amounts

no none, both my parents did it. i was born vegetarian so i couldnt tell you offhand. the only thing is that when many people start off they give up soon after because of their craving for meat. for that just eat fake meats that are at any grocery store (go for morning star brand for all fake meats except for burgers, then you want boca burger brand.)

I become a vegetarian every start of school year and it's never affected me.

Specially your diet should be like a balanced food containing all vitamins as per required quanties. Specially in this case u should balanced ur defecit vitamins by taking milk. In more or less it will mange the difference.
