Take the dog to a vet, when a dog is sick and bleeding you don't come to Yahoo answers, you go to a vet.

Small amounts of blood coming from where ...butt or throat? how can anybody help if they don't know what your asking for? Your dog could be Very sick.

Any amount of blood in vomit means you need to take your dog to a vet, Remember, in the UK, the RSPCA can prosecute now for failure to seek vetinary attention.

Take him to the vet. He may just have an infection but it's always best to check.
