Hello,

I had my sinuses cleared of polyps a few years back, but that was long ago... done by a surgeon who also corrected my deviated septum. Those times following the surgery were ecstasy in terms of being able to breathe through my nose (which I had never done before, at least only with one nostril being the workhorse, while the other laid dormant).

Sadly, those days are gone, and now I'm left with constant congestion and grapefruit-sized polyps; I hate to conjure up images, it's gross... I know. But the suffering has gone on too long so I think maybe there's some hope in this jalai neti (nasal irrigation).

What can be said of it? Is it worth a try?

Thank you,

Av

I am currently trying nasal irrigation. I am not using a Netti pot but a water-pick. There is a nasal attachment available but I just cut a short piece of the end of a tooth cleaning attachment so the water comes out with a little less pressure. I also use a drop of oil of oregano or a drop of grapefruit seed extract as these are anti-microbial. So far it seems to help with the nasal passages but my problem is in the sinuses and that has not cleared yet.

In the past I also just snorted saltwater up each nostril from the palm of my hand. While many people find nasal irrigation disgusting it actually is easy to get used to and feels good. It is like the disgust that people have about contact lenses. It is somehow inherent to not like sticking a finger in an eye or water up the nose but it is easily overcome with rational thought.

I say go for it.

As a Nasal Polyps sufferer for 8 years, I was skeptical of anything that promises to heal polyps in days. I got in touch with Manuel Richards any explained my case together with my skepticism.

After asking me some questions, he told me that what I had was Samter's triad and assured me that with his guidance I'd be free of not only the polyps, but of other long-term symptoms I had. He told me there were specific foods that I had to strictly avoid due to my condition, and gave me precise steps that I needed to do every day.

Barely 10 days later, my polyps are completely gone, my sense of smell if back to normal, I no longer get headaches and I feel more energetic than ever!

I cured my nasal polyps permanently and naturally
