That means that when you have chronic recurrent bronchial asthma, the asthma is kept under control with the use of prescribed medications from your doctor. Moderately means that you will still have an attack due to maybe getting a cold that causes a secondary infection, or the weather changing, and you are out in the weather. Also certain things such as an allergy can trigger it such as breathing cigarette smoke or maybe an allergy to pets, dust, molds, foods, but the attack is usually brought into control with the use of the prescribed medication/s.
