Aloe Body Balm from The Body Shop. Color, fragrance and preservative free. And yes...worth the money because a little goes a long long way.

buy BagBalm at local drugstore
It comes in a green square tin
its conditioning, soothing and a antiseptic
I slather hands and feet with it- put plastic bags over the goo and place socks over the bags- I sit and watch TV while the stuff does its magic
after a hour or 2 wipe off with a cloth
the skin is almost as soft as a babys tush

My mother was diabetic and also used any of the Vaseline lotions. She applied lotion constantly and always had a bottle nearby.
