Japanese makes sushi, Thai makes really spicy foods. But I don't know about the Phillipines.

Thai has the most kick of the three cuisines, and is my favorite of the three!
I like Thai because it has the kick of Indian without being heavy as Indian can be.

japan: sea-food based, raw, similar to korean
thai: similar to chinese, more sweet and more spicy, has an indian influence. maybe the most spiciest of these 3 cusines.
philipine: simliar to spanish food due to spanish colonization during hte old colonial age. spicy tho.
