Sounds like Ischemic Heart Syndrome aka heart attack. The top left part of the heart is where the blood gets sent from the lungs. If its not getting enough blood (there are tons of reasons why) then it will not pump as well and long story short the body is not fed an optimal amount of blood. The lack of good blood flow is probably the number one cause for most of you symptoms if not all. Also the arm tingling and pain can be refered pain from the damaging of tissues in your heart. If all these came on all of a sudden I would go to the ER straight away. If these are long term type things (a week or two) I would call your doctors office if your still worried. If they don't give you enough info then call another doc or the ER until you find someone that will explain what is going on.

Beside circulatory problems...because your heart does not get enough blood according to your doctor, you must have an hormonal imbalance. So you got to find out if you are lacking progesterone to high estrogen (skipping beats). Maybe your thyroid is too low ...do a iodine tincture test and thyroid test you can find those in books See the source.
For your depression i would take 5 HTP see second source, do not mix those with other anti depressants. Try to be active..do things and do EFT. Maybe if you are slightly overweight you recycle estrogen and have a yeast infection see source three.
A great self help is EFT see source 4. Good luck and you can do it. Believe in yourself, trust your inner voice and you have all the answers....now.

perhaps along with the heart defect you are also suffering from panic attacks and/or depression. make sure your doctor knows all your symptoms, and explains everything clearly to you. sometimes just knowing what is happening can bring great relief. God bless you

Unstable angina. You are a heart attack waiting to happen. Your doctor let you go home?
