Ethiopian is one of my favorites. Their vegetable stews are terrific. Also, kitfo is delicious.

Mexican (especially my mom's mexican food...she's from Jalisco), Italian (especially regional dishes found in Italy and not the Italian cuisine for tourists), .....I also like Greek, Chinese, Argentinian, Spanish, Indian, etc. I like trying new foods because I always end up finding something that I like.

I love a noodle bowl my favourite Vietnamese restaurant makes.
I also love perogies and cabbage rolls(Polish/Ukranian)
... and I can't forget the Italians and their pasta (and gelato).
A Finn restaurant nearby makes the best Finn pancakes, and moijika, too.
So I guess I don't have one favourite ethnicity when it comes to food, just favourite dishes for each category!
