What is commonly called cold sores are known as herpes symplex and can be passed on to another person when you have an active cold sore. The reason you burn when you you urinate could be totally unrelated....and probably has nothing to do with herpes....sounds more to me like you have a urinary tract infection.....this can be cured by simple over the counter medications.....but to be sure....go see your doctor and he will properly diagnose your condition.

it might that u have herpes in the side of ure mouth and u peeholes burns might be caused by bactery or some sympthom from something. as far as i know, peehole burns is one of the symptom from herpes genital too. but for sure, go check to doctor asap.

the two may be unrelated Your "peehole" could be a bacterial infection and your overall immunity could be down from a recent cold or something, and viola, you get cold sores as well.

This sounds like a urinary track infection or a S.T.D. It could also
be a bladder infection, see Dr. ASP before it's worse and don't
necessarily count the cold sores with this unless you were
giving him oral sex? ok.
