Of course you can become infected with HIV through any blood products via injections and blood spills, but even though this happens....HIV is still prevelent in the gay community. I dont know what it is, but it is well known that gay men are very promiscuous...Im not talking about all gay men, but a lot are. You rarely see an old gay guy in a relationship. A gay guy will always make comments about good bodies, and ogle a well built male. Being gay in a lot of cases is to do with sex....not about love and relationships. I have a good friend who is gay, he craves to be loved, but the last time he went to a gay bar to meet someone he fancied, who wanted a relationship with him, he went missing for about an hour. He was in the toilets giving some men a head job. Is it for acceptance, or they just enjoy the feel of a man sexually. I am not gay, so I dont have the answers. I just know that HIV is still more prevelent in the gay community....so it stands to reason they are promiscuous.
You also have to view every case individually....do you consider a woman who has HIV immoral? There was a case about 2 years ago where a young girl was travelling around the schools talking to school aged kids about the need to have protected sex. It was her very first sexual encounter...she loved this man and he infected her with HIV. Every story is different....maybe the guy who infected her had his own story....maybe he didnt know....that is also a possibility. I dont think anyone can say a person who has HIV is immoral....it is a very individual thing. I think what we can all say....is to protect ourselves from the virus and not be stupid. It doesnt matter what a person tells you...always think a new partner has an STD of some kind. Its only when you are in a permanent trusting relationship should you consider having unprotected sex, but before that happens, I think it is imperative that both people have a blood test to confirm they are safe. Its too late to think of all this after you have been infected because HIV will kill you.

No not at all. HIV is a huge problem in several African countries--there it can be passed due to insufficient health care(no proper means of sterilization), between husband or wife and many many children are born with it--what did these people do that was immoral? I'll agree that some people that contract HIV are "immoral", but not all and not most. Educate yourself!

Of course not! You can get hiv through other means besides sex. Blood transfusions, accidental contact with someones blood. A male virgin could have sex with an infected woman. Not to mention the innocent babies that are infected before birth.
In truth, worldwide, more women have hiv than men.

It depends on who's morality you're looking at. We all do thing that someone else would consider immoral.
At least try to spell check before you put up a question, it really makes you appear uneducated.
