A conclave? What does worshiping Jesus Christ have to do with sterilization?
Perhaps you are talking about an autoclave? An autoclave supplies pressurized high tempature steam to kill all microbial life on medical instraments.

I think the wird you want is an autoclave.
It heats to boiling point and maintains the heat for a period predetermined. It also raises the pressure to above 1 atmosphere to sterilize and destruct most virus and bacterias

its a simple machine that steams surgical equipment... the instruments are exposed to heat that will kill off bacteria...
