we had homemade sloppy joes (not the manwich ones) and french fries.

The sloppy joes are easy.

1 1/2 to 2 pounds of ground beef, browned and drained.
2 cans of Campbells chicken gumbo soup
2/3 of a bottle of chilli sauce.

AFter the meat is browned, add the soup and chilli sauce and simmer until the liquid is reduced and it's the right consistancy.
This sounds kinda funny, but it's alot better than those red sandwiches from manwich.

We decided to have some wild meat, we started with the hind quarters of skunk, and some beaver, then we cooked up some deer meat, the skunk tasted like chicken, beaver has a taste all by it self ( close to beef) and the deer was just a little over spiced then we added some wild yams, with butter, and home made bread

This is what I had...its one of my very favorite meals:

Pasta with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

1 pkg. (16 oz.) penne pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Ground nutmeg to taste

COOK pasta as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, place cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk in large saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Add pumpkin and spices; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
ADD pasta; toss lightly. Serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

P.S. This doesn't really taste like pumpkin...it's just really good and creamy. It's not spicy either. It's very very good. I hope you try it!
