hi i have question about when i get into bed sometimes i start having uncomfortable breathing like im not getting my full breath and my heart beats a little fast what heart dease could that be do you know and it keeps me up at night sometimes

Sorry I'm not really sure about heart conditions and such, but if it's keeping you up at night you should definitley bring up your concerns with a doctor, they'll be able to make a diagnosis better than we can.

Can't diagnose you but having trouble breathing is not good. It coul;d be asthma or many other things. Do you have to sit up? You should see a Dr. and get a check up. It may be something very treatable and not getting oxygen to your body parts can cause great harm over time. Go see the expert for the right kind of help. Good luck.

sleep on your side and see a doc also dont drink caffine about 3 hours before bed

Sounds like you have hypertension or panic attack. Doses of Paxil might help. Avoid caffeine. See your doctor.

I would definitely get checked for asthma/allergies. I have both, and have had that same feeling.

if you are laying on your side, try hugging a pillow it helps to keep the lungs separated more.
