HPV stands for human papillomavirus. It is a sexually transmitted disease (STD). There are more then 100 different kinds of HPV and more than 30 of them are sexually transmitted. HPV can infect the genital area of men and women including the skin of the penis, vulva (area outside the vagina), or anus, and the linings of the vagina, cervix, or rectum. Most people who become infected with HPV will not have any symptoms and will clear the infection on their own. There is no "cure" for HPV infection, although in most women the infection goes away on its own.
HPV is responsible for warts, including genital warts, hand and feet warts, and planter warts. It is also responsible for several different kinds of cancer including cervical cancer (most common), penile cancer, head and neck cancer, and anal cancer.
Approximately 20 million people are currently infected with HPV. At least 50 percent of sexually active men and women acquire genital HPV infection at some point in their lives. By age 50, at least 80 percent of women will have acquired genital HPV infection. About 6.2 million Americans get a new genital HPV infection each year.
The new vaccine you are talking about is called Gardasil. It protects against 4 different kinds of HPV. Two that are know to cause genital warts and two that are know to cause cervical cancer. And you're right, Texas has made it mandatory that all young girls get the vaccine. There are currently 18 other states who are considering doing the same.
Check out these sites for more information about the virus:

HPV is a virus. It is the same virus that causes warts on the hands and feet. It is considered a STD. There are over 100 strains of HPV. Types 16 and 18 are two of the four strains that cause cervical cancer. Gardisil is suppose to help prevent these and two others that cause warts. WWW. NCCC.org is a wonderful site to help you find answers. I Struggled with HPV 16 for ten years. I chose to have a hysterectomy two years ago, to help stop prevent the HPV from becomming my death sentence. If you have any questions you are more than welcome to e-mail me. I don't think it should be mandatory, but I think when young women become sexually active, this should be offered by the Health Department or the Docotr. It is being pushed by the pharma companies due to the profits they will recieve! By the way I am also a Registered Nurse.

Binary options let users trade in currency pairs and stocks for various predetermined time-periods, minimal of which is 30 seconds. Executing trades is straightforward. The system uses user-friendly interfaces, which even an 8 years old kid, can operate without having to read any instructions. But winning trades is Not easy.
Binary trading is advertised as the only genuine system that lets users earn preposterous amounts of money in ridiculously short period of time. Advertisers try to implicate as if you can make $350 every 60 seconds; if it was true then binary trading would truly be an astonishing business.
However, does it make any sense? Can every trader make tons of money in binary trading? Who is actually paying all the money or the profit to traders?
The first challenge is finding a trustworthy binary broker; secondly, you need to find a binary trading strategy, which you can use to make profits consistently. Without an effective trading strategy, there is no way you can make money in this business.
Learning a profitable trading strategy is possible, You should watch this presentation video https://tr.im/16635
It's probably the best way to learn how to win with binary option

I'm not a doctor or anything but i had HPV show up on one of my anual screenings. Basically what it is is a virus (kind of like the flu) that can be in your body from birth or you can get it from a partner who might be a carrier. i've heard that you can get it from a dirty towel, dirty clothes, etc. It's a virus that can cause cervical cancer in women. If it shows up on a pap test the doctor usually wants you to repeat the pap every 6 months until it is normal, but they will continue to keep an eye on it as it can come back any time since it's a virus. I personally don't think it should be a law for women to get a shot to prevent it, it should be their option and allow them to get it when they want. I think they should be worrying about preventing STD's rather than something that can be in your body from birth. Cancer is serious, but i would rather see 12 year old females learn extensively about STD's as they're more deadly than HPV.
i hope i helped some. good luck.

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info
i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.
if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.
