You need surgery, probably. Go find a good Ear Nose and Throat Doctor...your regular doctor should be able to refer you to one.

It sounds like you may need a septoplasty. I work in the OR and have assisted on a few of these and they are pretty simple. The surgeon will just remove some of your cartilage using a single incision. This is typically done on an outpatient basis using a local but is sometimes done under general depending on the severity. Tefla gauze is inserted into the nostrils and will be removed by the doctor before you leave. The only time the gauze is left in is if the septoplasty took place along with a rhinoplasty, then it would come out on your follow-up visit. However, there will still be nasal packing in the nose that helps bleeding and is used for support that will not come out until your follow-up visit. Ice packs are encouraged during the recovery process. It is a very simple procedure and will definitely cure your problem.

I have the same thing. Unfortunately there is no cure. But it's not dangerous or life threatening. Depending on the size of the hole, you don't really need it.
