The best type of food is the type your mother lovingly prepared and raised you on. For me it was Indian.

I don't get how you are going to choose a best answer for this one! Everyone has different opinions on the best type of food. I might say Chinese, while you might say Indian! For me, I prefer Italian.

There is none in particular, the best is a combination of good ingredients and a lot of art with a pinch of good taste, that is what the chefs do with simple and affordable ingredients.
