I take it by "spaghetti" you mean any kind of pasta. So I will rule out ravioli, lasagne, canneloni, tortellini, etc, etc.
1. Risotto
2. Antipasti (marinated cold vegetables: peppers, artichokes, olives, aubergines, mushrooms, etc)
3. Parma ham
4. Bresaola (air dried beef, thinly sliced)
5. Veal dozens of different ways (piccante with spicy tomato sauce, limone with lemon sauce, osso bucco - stewed veal knuckle, scallopini which is a thin escalope served with marsala and parsley, etc)
Sorry, I can't forget desserts: tiramisu, zabaglione, gelatti, torta al formaggio (cheese cake made with ricotta and marascapone).
