Try Denby or Worcester, or even Willow Pattern. They're all very tasteful.

Chicken Pasanda or Chicken Shaslick (i cant spell the latter, it sounds right though) I hate hot curry and always opt for the Korma but i found these to have a bit more flavour without blowing your head off!

Try vindaloo style, that's a bit spicier than korma. Also, chicken dopiaza & jalfrezi are a bit spicier as well.

Rogan josh is a lamb dish, there is no such dish as chicken Rogan josh.

The next step up for you would normally be a Chicken Curry.

But if you want a little spice try a Chicken Bhuna, If you like Prawns get a Chicken and Prawn Bhuna.

Try a Karahi,

Stay away from Pathia, Madras, Balti and Vindaloo.

They will blow your head off if your not used to the heat.
