I have heard of people experiencing this yes. Good for you on your quitting smoking! See your doc and ask for something to calm you down.

Probably but put up with them as the are not as bad for you as smoking is and after 4 weeks without a cigarette I think you are doing great and if you think of smoking again remember the withdrawal systems you have already been through. good luck. I was off it for 16 years and started again through stress and now wish i hadn't started.

Been there... It's been 5 months... Since the last ciggy. And yea more than likely why you are having panic attacks. Just try and relax.

Just relax this will last for few days keep your will power, do not start again you doing good for your long term benefit to your health, drink plenty water, do yoga breathing exercise.

Yes, what you have done is a life changing thing. Your body had become used to/addicted to a stimulant.
Don't start again, try to use herbal calming tablets if they continue.

what ever you do do not smoke again. You will make it. I quit in 1991 and it was the single best thing I have ever done in my life.

I'm sure it has to do with withdrawal symptoms. I have had sooooooo many changes since I quit. Weight gain, taste changes, skin tone, bowel habits, sleeplessness.......but it's all worth it!

Some Drs call it an anxiety attack, there are anti anxiety meds that will help in this situ BTDT

Could be. I stopped 8 weeks ago but haven't experienced it myself. I would consult your doctor - it could be something completely different.
