***It depends on the extend of damage to the heart and the type of damage. Some patients may have slow or fast heart rate and, some may even have IRREGULAR rate which is caused by ionic imbalance, strutural damage etc etc...
****So, yes it is possible for "heart patients" to have normal heart rate and rhythem if the damage is mild.

exactly what u mean by heart pt Does it means Pts. who had heart attack or Ishcemia or angina or valvular heart disease?
Pt with Old Heart attack & coronary artey disese may have similar heart beats & pulse as of a normal person in normal circumstances but they react differently to stress & exercise. If pt has one of tachy or bradiarryhtmia ( high or less rate ) than it will be differnt. Pt may have missed beats ,it all depends on the condition of heart & as such in normal persons also heart rate & pulse are afected by so many things like resting stage ,sleeping ,working mild or moderate . On the level of many harmones circulating in body,temperature of body,etc.

Depends on the specific condition. If the heart patient is in afib then no. Their heart rate would be fast and irregular. The are many different scenerios to this questions. You would need to be more specific.

no its not in all cases . conditions like high blood pressure , heart attak or in low blood pressure the heart beat and pulse rate varies .
