I am on B/P meds, yet I am having trouble with higher than usual (for me) B/Ps. I saw my doctor yesterday and was put on yet more meds. I just realized that I don't drink water on a regular basis, and have read somewhere that you can be as much as 1% dehydrated and not even realize it. Also that dehydration, even on a small scale, can cause problems with concentration and reasoning. Could this be the reason my B/P is high? If you have experience with this, please chime in!

If you don't drink enough fluids you can definitely be a little dehydrated without even knowing it - but as for the relationship between dehydration and blood pressure - usually if you're dehydrated enough you'll see a drop in blood pressure instead of a rise...modify how you eat - try to avoid salt as this will increase your BP

This is totally a guess (kinda brainstorming here). Considering that high blood sugar can cause circulation problems (probably because the blood gets a little too thick), I'm guessing that not drinking enough water can cause slightly thickened blood and therefore higher blood pressure. Again, this is just a guess.

Mythology: Vampires drink the blood of others because they're the undead and the in trouble-free words way they can stay semi-residing is through ingesting blood. In authentic existence: you won't be able to call the persons who get excitement from ingesting blood vampires. yet even if, this must be in well being. you're concept would not artwork. ingesting blood is going through the digestive music. It would not be soaked into the bloodstream.
