I have a great deal of pain in my lower rt breast and on my side.
It is sometimes burning now. What could this be? I just like woke up with it after strenous activity. I have had this pain for 7 days now, I am going to the docs but scared. I have been coughing up yellow phlegm now too. Could it be pneumonia?

That sounds like it could be many things -- combination asthma, bronchitis, pleuritis, etc. Probably not pneumonia though, because there would be some blood in the sputum you cough up. But, yellow sputum does suggest infection, and you should see your doctor ASAP for pulmonary evaluation.

Hi,

It is hard to give you a proper answer because I don't really have all the info. But when you see the doc, do tell him when the cough and the phlegm started. Like, did they come at the same time? Have you got any breathlessness? And how is your sputum related to your pain? Does the pain come on without movement? And are you having your period right now? Do you feel a lump in your breast? Have you been playing rough contact sports (boxing, rugby, etc)?

It's probably not gallstones though. Whatever the case, you sound distressed, so please see a doc soon. S/He can examine you and tell you for sure what's going on.

Go the doctor today, and most likely she will tell you what. Could be from the exercise.

It could be gall stones. This is excess bile.
