Yes you could ( a very very low risk) but you would have to have sores or a recent tooth extraction in order for this to happen. There has not been any documented cases in the US of HIV infection by only having oral sex. In cases that were reported that way when they were further investigated found that they were also having sexual intercourse.

It's possible but rare. One woman who got HIV from performing oral sex only had really bad gum disease apparently. However, sperm is in pre-ejaculate, so it's possible. There is a reason for flavored condoms, though (this and it's possible to get gonorrhea of the throat).

yes you can men precum you think it is your spit and dont notice it but its the same as the final ejaculation.
