Part of it has to do with having an empty stomach and the gases coming off it

The other part is the plaque that builds up on your teeth

And the PH of your body

Things like drinking only water at night will help and eating parsley the fresh stuff will help as well if you eat parsley everyday will over time will help with the problem

Take care of your teeth at night brush your teeth and then floss them and then brush again all together you should brush your teeth for two Min's at a time so one min floss one min and when you brush brush every surface of your mouth

And then use mouth wash

And contrary to poplar belief do not brush your teeth right after eating the acid in the food weakens your teeth and if you brush them you will over time wear down the enamel

After eating rinse with water chew sugarless gum and after one hour and rinsing three of four times or drinking water then brush
