I'd recommend you see a doctor. The ideal blood sugar level is around 100, and you seem like you're showing symptoms, so yes, you should call a doctor.

Any reading over 130 is too high. This was a recent update from the American Diabetes Association. I took 4 shots of insulin a day and still had problems. I researched herbs on the net and ordered some things. My doctor was ASTONISHED that I came off of my insulin. My A1C was once almost a 10! After 1 month of being on the herbs it dropped to a 6! I hated the shots and was determined to find another solution. There are too many side effects from taking medications when we have all that we need to keep us healthy. God-given HERBS.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

170 is too high for pregnancy. I have diabetes in and out. Mine was in the 200's when I was pregnant with my son. Im not pregnant anymore and its in the mid 200's. I will be seeing my doctor to demand the pills to control it.

Jennifer, why did you start your question out slowly AND THEN SUDDENLY START SCREAMING AT US!?!

And yes, contact your doctor. While pregnant, I'd advise you to make sure. It's not just your life, but your baby's as well.
