I no the ways you get are blood, sperm,vaginal secretion mother to child and iv drug use but, I always wondered about hickeys I mean if you suck on a hiv postive person and break there blood vesles well your sucking I would think so.

Only if you manage to get blood in your mouth. But if just causes a bruise then, no, you can not get HIV that way.

Not unless you suck on the person so hard that you get their blood in your mouth. And that would take a lot of sucking.
