I prefer organic products ..however eggs are expensive and I still eat egg beaters ...

Egg substitutes have a lot of additives to chemically compensate for all that is removed from the whole, natural egg. Have a look at the ingredient panel. If you think organic eggs are more expensive (as organic products tend to be), investigate regular, non-organic eggs. No matter the origin, whole eggs are a relatively inexpensive animal source of sound nutrition, not as economical as vegetable sources, but complete protein and sustainable nutrition. If you are concerned about compassion issues, cage-free organic eggs are the best answer even though they are not the most economical.

I think if you check the eggbeaters contents, its just eggs anyway.
Although there must be some colour added!

I don't eat any substitute products at all. and it is O.K
