If it's not normal the doctors will tell you. It looks fine to me.

It's not worth worrying about anyway. If the levels drop it probably too late to do anything about it, so just concentrate on being healthy.

If that was your fist test, then the doctor is only using it to get a baseline reading. If your levels increase, then the pregnancy is doing OK. If they go down, then it signals a problem. This is a normal test, and if you have no problems, he probably will not check it again. Usually they only repeat this test if you are having problems with the pregnancy. Even if your numbers do decrease, there is really nothing you can do to prevent or fix it, only let nature decide. The number you gave sounds good for 7 weeks. Nice and high!!! Good luck!!

it's normal if you are having multiple gestations or twins or more. are you?

i think it's not normal. it should not be greater than 10000. it soudns like a hydatidiform mole caused by abnormally increased hCG levels. it's called a molar pregnancy. means there is no fetus but grape-like clusters which are filled with fluid. you should see your gynecologist now because they are fastly growing cells. just to make sure. if is molar then it will be evacuated by a procedure called dilatation and curretage and you will be given medications to stop the fast multiplication of what could be left because it usually recurs. see your OB now.

if it's not molar then maybe your LMP needs be retraced. because you may not be just 7 weeks pregnant. :-)
