What the heck are you talking about?
I'm about as white as the rice I enjoy 2 or 3 times a week.
In fact, I was considering making a Rice Paddy in my backyard.

Absolutely, Anyway you can cook it.
Americans have been eating rice
since before they were Americans.
In or around 1690, in the southern
states areas, from North Carolina
to Georgia and Florida. Rice fields
were every where.

Not for nothing, but we didn't
get the rice from China. It
came from England. Seems
white people there had already
aquired a healthy taste for it.

First of all....what KIND of rice? I am assuming you refer to short grain white rice. My boyfriend loves rice but his adoptive mom was Korean. So he ate it as a child all the time...sometimes just with lettuce and a bit of soy sauce....it all depends on what your particular tastes are and what you are accustomed to eating. Many caucasians do not own a rice cooker, or only cook minute rice or rice mixes from boxes (long grain rice or spanish rice) but prefer potatoes. It is def. a culture thing. Yet most white people eat rice at least once a month, it is certainly a common thing. I grew up eating long grain rice once a week but my dad loved meat and potatoes so we did not have rice every night. The reason Chinese people eat rice is because they grew up eating it, it was a part of their culture, because it is so abundant and cheap in that region. It goes well with many things and I happen to enjoy all types of rice (a rice cooker is wonderful, I love sticky rice, I also like brown rice, long grain wild rice, and occasionally spanish rice in jambalaya). White rice is the best thing for spicy dishes, stir fries and kimchee especially.

It's a choice between Wheat and Rice. Wheat (bread) is mostly used in West while Rice is used in the East.
Russians are white and they do eat rice. It has nothing to do with color. It's plain habit.
With the immigration of people from East (not necessarily china), rice is also making way into the food habits.

You need to go to Louisiana that,s the place for rice white or any chineese. I love rice even though i ate so much of it there. Give me some good Louisiana Red Beans and Rice.We love rice and i find your race nicer than ours in some ways. Keep your culture and be proud you are more nice than we are .Do you find us rude? Maybe just spoiled. Dark or white it,s good.
