I was watching some stuff about him and the company on the History Channel a while back and I tried their spaghetti again and it was so-so. I mean practically all the popular sauces they sell in stores are better than the spaghetti sauce they use in Boyardee spaghetti. Is this the same sauce that they claimed everyone wanted? Has spaghetti sauce just gotten that much better in the last 50+ years or something?

I don't think their recipe has changed at all. I used to love beefaroni. It kind of tastes like crap to me now. Our tastes have matured but good old Chef hasn't.

As with everything... big companies come in and change things. Does KFC, Taco Bell, etc. taste the same?
Nope...original recipes aren't so original anymore.

no, just peoples tastes. you can recreate the boyardee sauce by taking ketchup heating it up and adding parmesan cheese...honestly!
