Start off with a light salad, and all the fruit you like. We need more raw fruits and veggies in our daily diet. And I also recommend getting a juicer, that way your body doesn't spend all that extra energy getting rid of the bulk. You really don't need the extra fiber. The main source of the nutrients is in the juice.

it is not quite time for supper yet, yet i would be having leftovers - sela basmati rice (it is like a brown basmati, with a decrease GI than white basmati), potato & spinach curry (stunning, whether I say so myself) and dhal (based around toor dhal, with tomato, potato, onion, drumsticks - no, the moringa fruit 'drumsticks', no longer the poultry-leg 'drumsticks' you have been thinking of - i'm a vegan even with each thing). All homestead-cooked. on my own, nonetheless I did have an previous chum for dinner final nighttime (yet no chianti or fava beans LOL). i will probable have a tumbler of sloe vodka with that, or perchance one greater-dry beer.
