I'm a nurse. It is simply many bacteria in your system. You need to take all the medicine for your infection. You will be OK don't worry. If you are taking a liquid, don't drink anything right after you take it. The medicine won't be as effective if you drink fluids after the medication. Take it easy and allow the medication to work for you. If you are not feeling better in two weeks, go back to the doctor, you need a different medication. Take care.
