Could you edit your question to be a little more specific?

I've been veggie for ages and find a pressure cooker indispensable for cooking soybeans before making the beans into soymilk, yuba, okara and tofu. It's also way too handy for cooking other beans and I prefer it to my rice cooker for doing brown rice.
I also use mine to pressure steam homemade analogs (veggie 'meats') before slicing them into the appropriate patty or burger.

I know of no website that has specific recipes for veggie use of a pressure cooker but (before a fire) I had 3 different veggie pressure cookery cookbooks. Try searching abebooks.com for these! Does any of that info help?
