Enjoy a few, they have lots of good things in them, don't worry about the fat unless you are on a very restricted diet.

All animal products, including oysters, have cholesterol in them. Cholesterol is bad to eat. "Good cholesterol" refers to how your body handles the cholesterol, rather than the source of the cholesterol in food. My advice: minimize oysters.
