Why not make blue margaritas? Margaritas are pretty universally liked. Use 2 parts tequila (silver works best), 1 part blue curacao, one part sour mix (or more to soften the punch) and a little orange juice. You can just up the amounts for a fountain (1 bottle of tequila, 1/2 bottle of blue curacao, etc.) Keep a bucket of ice, limes and a saucer each of salt and rose's lime juice for salt rims. Don't mess with the blender... you'll regret it.
If you'd rather do something else, just find any recipe that looks good and calls for triple sec, orange curacao, curacao, or any other orange liquor. Substitute the blue curacao. It's the same stuff, just blue. Just increase the amount, keep the perportions the same as what the recipe calls for and you'll have a beautiful and tasty, flowing concoction!
Enjoy your party!

You can pretty much make any blue cocktail. All you need to add is Blue Caracou (a blueberry-like liquor).
Some of the best blue cocktails you can try are Fruit Tingle of Blue Carribean.
Have a look at www.cocktails.com for more blue cocktails and the recipes for the above cocktails.
Good Luck!
