Hello Margaret! Do you have a Sainsbury's? (they do frozen aduki beans), a Holland and Barratts or a Booths in your area? They are places in England that I have bought them from. A good healthfood shop may also stock them!! They are delicious so I hope you find some. Mind you they do Exactly what Gillian McKeith says they do , but you will feel good for it!!!

Mum gets them from Tesco/Sainsbury, even Holland & Barret if she really wants them.

They are a bit pricey there though. Best tip is to go to Chinese Supermarket & find them there. Chinese call them "Hoong Dao" Red Beans. You should find them there.

Try Chinatown in Glasgow or some of the larger Chinese supermarkets around - I know there are some as my Auntie goes there.
