1. Black pepper salami and goat cheese with sesame crackers
2. White asparagas spears with prosciutto
3. Musk Melon with thinly sliced Black Forest Ham
4. Cavier
5. Black olive tapenade with goat cheese in puff pastry

black and white (shooter):
Irish Cream (Bailey's) 1 part
Kahlua 1 part
Sambuca 1 part
Layer in the following order into a shot glass: Kahlua, Sambuca, Bailey's.
black martini:
Brandy, blueberry 2 1/2 oz.
Vermouth, sweet 2 tsp.
Vodka 2 1/2 oz.
Make the Vodka Martini and then pour in Blackberry Brandy and shake in ice, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with maraschino Cherry.
white almond kiss (shooter):
Amaretto 1/2 oz.
Godiva, white 1/2 oz.
Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass...yum!
