I hear a lot about a quit smoking book by Allen Carr, they say it is very good for quitting smoking, when I finally decide to stop smoking myself I will try this.
The first time I quit smoking was because I had a bad cold with a sore throat and I physically couldnt smoke for a week , and I managed to quit for 4 months. So that really helped me! But check out this website about Allen Carrs books

CHANTIX. Insurance won't pay for it. It's in a dose pack. You start by taking a pill a day for a few days then you start taking two a day. You start taking it a week before your quit date. For me by the second week I didn't even want one and for others I know, it was the same. You just don't want one and the cool thing about it is you don't have the jitters or have an attitude because you're having a nicotine fit. Good Luck 2 you
