I have had wasabi mp, but never thai. Warm up your coconut milk on low & add some lemongrass (fresh or dried), kaffir lime leaves, galangal (or ginger). Simmer on low & let the coco milk absorb all these wonderful thai flavors. Strain & use. Also, you can add a little nam pla (thai fish sauce, a little goes a long way)
to your mp.

Yield: 24 servings
Potato Pearls® Country Style, prepared 1 package
Yellow onion, fresh, diced, sautéed 4 cups
Coconut milk, canned 1 cup
Cilantro, fresh, chopped 1 cup
Curry powder, mild, commercially prepared 1/3 cup
Kosher salt as needed

1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

I have never heard of Thai Mashed Potatoes, but instead of normal milk add coconut milk, instead of parsley add cilantro, and instead of garlic add curry flavourings. Add a little bit of cayenne for a kick.

That sounds about right...maybe add a little fish sauce and sugar to seal the deal. Yummy!
