Technically, no. However, with good weight management, proper diet, plenty of exercise, and a few supplements, you can manage type 2 diabetes well enough that you can usually avoid taking insulin injections often going without any medication at all.

No, at this time there is no cure for either type 1 (once called "juvenile diabetes, as it was often diagnosed in the young), or type 2 (also known as "adult onset"). Even with proper diet, exercise, medications (whether pills or insulin injections), you will not cure diabetes, only control it. And, pancreas transplantation is not a cure, either; it's anotehr form of treatment. Even with the immunosuppressive medications (to suppress your immune system and fight off rejection by your body of the organ), the transplanted pancreas will eventually die off, leaving you back where you started before getting transplanted. They don't last forever; maybe 5 - 10 years (some go faster, some last longer) is the life expectancy of the transplanted pancreas. IAnd, as a rule, transplant centers usually reserve pancreas transplantation for type 1 diabetics (although there are those centers who still list type 2's - check with the center, and with UNOS guidelines) know this for fact, since I've been type 1 diabetic for 35 years, have had a kidney-and-pancreas (SPK) transplant that gave out five years later, a second isolated kidney transplant, which is on its way out now, and I'm listing for another SPK. And, yes, I maintained tight control of blood sugars, despite becoming more brittle as the years went on, and even hypoglycemic unawareness, not to mention neuropathy, retinopathy, and heart disease. Best you can do is maintain tight control as much and as long as you can, and hope for the best.

There are many claims that diabetes can be cured. There is no cure for diabetes except in very rare cases of spontaneous remission. Diabetes can only be control through diet and exercise and whenever necessary, medications.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Unfortunately, there is no cure for diabetes. You can treat it and modify your life style a little but no cure. There is oral medication you can take along with diet and exercise to keep your blood sugar in a normal range. More severe cases require insulin injections once or more daily, along with diet and exercise. I have had type 2 diabetes for around years. At some point, I will have to start taking injections. But for now, I eat low fat, sugar free foods as often as I can. Reduce my caloric intake to around 2000 calories a day and just watch my intake of carbohydrates. I try to exercise everyday. Diabetes can and will cause you problems with your heart. Two years ago I had a stent put in my heart and now I am taking not only blood pressure meds, but blood thinners as well. The exercise help strengthen your heart and keep your blood sugar normal. check your blood sugar every day, take your meds as needed and watch your diet. My life has changed a little, but aside from what I eat, and my exercise, nothing is different.

No it can not at this time. I have type 2 the one with dieting problems to control it. But I am determined to cure mines (probably wishful thinking). You can live a normal life as long as you learn how to control it. My blood tests are on the bottom range of the scales at the times that I test so I am very hopeful and optimistic about it.
