The young lady above is wrong.. the first answerer is correct. I had no symptoms whatsoever. I wouldn't have known I was diabetic except for a blood test during a routine physical.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Some times symptoms such as tiredness, polyuria, itching of legs, excessive thirst, excessive hunger etc. can occur without diabetes (blood sugar levels are normal), many cases show such symptoms and a blood test (preferably a Glucose Tolerance Test) will reveal diabetes or what is now known as Prediabetes indicating increasing insulin resistance. And in a few cases, no symptoms or only a few mild symptoms may be present (or the patient is not sufficiently aware of the significance of the symptoms).

If you are overweight, over 35, have hyper-tension, are smoking and or drinking, have stress, are a type A personality (aggressive, ambitious and angry), it is good idea to get your fasting and post lunch blood sugar levels checked.

If your blood sugar levels are in the high normal range, you could be heading towards the onset of diabetes.

We are talking of adult onset resistance diabetes or what is called NIDDM type II above. Juvenile diabetes caused by lack of production of insulin is called type I and needs management by insulin injections (as of now oral forms are not available though research is on). Type II diabetes can be managed by dietary and lifestyle changes exercise being very important.

Yes indeed ! About 20% - 30% of people with diabetes are totally asymptomatic and are detected during routine health checkup or during testing for any other concomittant illness. This is more common with Type 2 diabetes who may be asymptomatic for more than 5-10 years by which time, complications of various organs might set in.

Yes it can. That is why it is known as one of the "silent killer" diseases. That means by the time you come to know that you are suffering from this, the organ damage has already occurred. At least in one third cases, this is the situation. And here lies the importance of getting blood sugars tested regularly after 40 years age and even younger if there is high risk (family history of diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease etc.).

Absolutely. The only way it to check your blood sugar level on a regualr basis. That is why regular doctor checkups are so important. Many people who end up in the hospital are found to have been suffering from diabetes that they didn't know that they had. If in doubt, see a doctor.
