Its highly unlikely that any "natural" product would do much, if any good for a true "heart" blockage. Typically what you are talking about is the blockage of one of the main arteries that feeds fresh oxygenated blood to the heart. This can be caused by a build up of plaque upon the walls of the arteries, thus effectively narrowing the diameter of the artery.
Once this condition has occurred your options are limited. There are several surgical interventions such as angioplasty and stents. In more severe cases a bypass is needed. A bypass does just that, bypass the blocked artery with another vessel that has been stitched into place surgically.
Enough said. I am sure that juice in general is very good for you, and pineapple juice may even have some type of enzyme that thins the blood or something similar, but typically natural products carry such a small percentage of the enzyme or active ingredient that you would have to consume large quantities to make it effective.
I hope this has helped.

First I must say the blockage is not in the heart it is in the arteries on the outside of the heart. And, unfortunately pineapple juice has no effect on these arteries.Confirmed blockages must be treated with a surgical treatment known as angioplasty and would be done by a cardiologist. There is no known substance food or otherwise that clears blockage from coronary arteries. However a diet low in fat and cholesterol, and regular exercise will usually keep your arteries from becoming blocked, but there are medications that can be given to lower cholesterol and triglycerides.
Wish you god health.

While many fruits and fruit juices are rich in antioxidants and help maintain a good health and protect from inflammation, I have not heard of such cures through pineapple or pomegranate juice etc.
If you are looking for non-allopathic treatment options, there are many including ayurveda, homeopathy etc., but you would need to be educated and would need monitoring by a doctor who is well versed in all the diagnostic procedures.

pineapple actually haz a substance which is a neurotransmitter in the human body called acetyl choline..
acetyl choline does have some action on increasing or decreasing the heartbeat..
if thatz wat u r thinkin about..then yes it can affect funtioning of heart
but the blockage dissolving capacity is a doubt..
