I'm worrying about the lamb drying out...suggestions?

Traditional (American style--aren't all gyros american?) with the sauce on the side.

If you're meaning the traditional gyros w/tsziki sauce; I wouldn't reheat it simply bec. of the tsziki sause (trad. made w/yogurt) altho' some places use sour cream. (try reheating that--yuck)
I don't think the lamb would dry out; it trad. is too greasy; figure it is like pizza--good cold if you like it!
If no sauce, no lettuce; try reheating at the least poss. temp. and time and ENJOY !!

I vote for cold. The toppings will get weird reheated. Think of it like eating cold chicken.

wrap in wax paper and warm it up. i do it, they are yummy cant waste even a bite .
