I'd like to say that I'm going to eat a well balanced meal like baked chicken with steamed veggies and rice pilaf but I would be lying. I'm actually home alone (hubby still working) and don't feel like cooking nor picking up some take-out. I will have a slice- ok, or two- of homemade cake that I baked a couple of days ago. Go ahead and boo me. :) I recently catered the desserts for a Pre-Valentine party and I have a 9" round Red Velvet cake that I made as a test recipe. Sinfully delish.
