i don't know what to do she keeps saying see feels like dying

Your daughter should be tested for asthma. If she is having trouble breathing or is wheezing, coughing uncontrolably or seems to be panting you should take her to emergency.

If you don't here from your doctor soon then I would definitely take her to the ER.
