You should probably start eating more nuts, peanut butter (and other "nut butters") as well as avocados and olives all of which have healthy fats. If you eat fish, go with salmon, mackerel, lake trout, albacore tuna, herring and sardines all of which are high in omega 3 fatty acids.

It's a common myth that fat makes you fat. Good fat gives you energy.

It's also a common myth that thin people are unhealthy. You may be just fine. If you're thin and get sick a lot, then there is reason for concern.

If you want to gain weight you need to eat and move. Yoga, weight training, bike riding. You have to move.

When I was very thin, I found my digestion just didn't work right. I didn't process foods right. You may have to tinker with how and what you eat to determine if this is your problem as well.

Well are you veg? Because this is the veg section. But anyways, eat lots of nuts, more carbs, increase intake in every food group, but that doesn't mean you should live on junk food, you still need fruits and veggies, so you must increase every single food group by one or two servings. Don't stop exercising because you fear losing weight, just do light exercise but your muscles will fail if you give up exercising all together.

I wish I had your problem. Try eating a lot of nuts. And go to the gym. It can help you gain weight in all the right places.

Best way is to cook with oils - start with olive oil.

Also, switch to the fattier beans, like baked beans or butter beans or lima beans.

Lastly, try adding soy milk to your diet.
